What is Digital Printing?
Digital printing is the process of printing digital-based images directly onto a variety of media substrates.
How Do We Apply Digital Printing?
Rudd Macnamara offer full colour digital printing onto metal and plastics including PVC, poly-carbonate, high impact polystyrene and vinyl.
We have a range of digital equipment comprising four roll to roll print and die cut machines, and five flat bed machines with various features.
Roll to Roll Print and Cut
These machines are suitable for graphics, decals, CAD-cut decals and kiss-cut stickers. We can print images up to 1200mm wide and at any length.
Flat Bed Digital Printers
Our wide format flat bed digital printer is capable of printing up to 2440mm x 1220mm. This machine is typically used to print aluminium and plastic signage.
Our mid size flat bed printer offers very detailed and fine print and can be used for photographic quality images printed to anodised aluminium. The machine is also capable of very fine print to plastic which can then be vacuum formed.
Our three smaller flat bed machines are mainly used for printing smaller parts such as branding lenses for the brewery sector. They offer a very fine print detail to smaller items such as key fobs, pens and mobile phone cases.
